I have heard of AVID, but not ASC. What, if anything, is the difference between the two? Just curious. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI had the same question as Jared. It looks like you have a good plan/course of action set up though. I think you may have concern to rely so much on parent involvement as well as other staff who may not see what you are trying to do in the present. But I wish you the best of luck!
ReplyDeleteI think your action research is a great one. It is one that I actually wanted to start out with; however, being only an inclusion teacher this year, I thought it might be difficult to get some teachers to buy into and support my plan. I do not get to make lesson plans up, although I am constantly thinking about ways instruction could be improved for better student achievement. I hope that you have a lot of people willing to work with you on this because I truly think it is an area that needs a lot of attention. Good Luck!
